How these practices are organised

Meditation, breathing, mantras, and prayers are the clearest foundations for attention and devotion. Prayers begins with intention, words and listening, and continues on the Prayers walked path. Inner work, home cleansing, diet, and rituals connect source study with ordinary life. Rituals begins with meaning before performance, and continues on the Rituals walked path. Runes, dream work, astrology (then the Astrology walked path), hermeticism, and symbol streams remain available, but are easier to approach after a steady foundation. This is an orientation order, not a claim that one tradition teaches a universal sequence.

Music offers a place to enjoy listening, accompany everyday life or try a brief attention practice. Its source studies are optional; you can choose a recording without completing a course.

Source methods remain with their credited teachers and publishers. Our explanations and original exercises are labelled separately. For a prose overview, read Gnostic meditation and inner practices.

Beginning the meditation path? Read its ethics foundation alongside the preparation for the method you choose. Tools support instructions; they do not supply a method by themselves.
