This page is for an adult who has already used the rituals ice, or who can be quiet for a few minutes and wants the next order.
A ritual here is a short sacred act: attention, a body, a few named steps, then a stop.
The order is one sealing gesture, then the star studied slowly, then later shelves left closed.
The credited order after the ice is one sealing gesture, then the star studied on the publisher’s page, then later formulas left closed. We map. We do not reprint a rite.
England, urgent mental-health help: call 111 and select the mental-health option. NHS urgent-help guidance ↗(opens in a new tab). Arrangements elsewhere in the UK differ; contact your local NHS crisis service or existing care team.
Seek prompt medical advice for difficulty distinguishing reality or symptoms affecting daily life. Do not stop prescribed medicine on a spiritual adviser's instruction.
A sealing gesture can sit beside medical or mental-health care. It does not replace a clinician, a lock, a crisis line, or emergency services.
The routes above were checked on 9 October 2026 against the 988 Lifeline and the NHS urgent-help page.
Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland arrange crisis care separately from the England guidance on nhs.uk.
What you will do
You will learn the shape of one ritual, make one short seal or read it instead, and leave the longer formulas closed.
You can do the whole visit as reading if standing, or a change of posture, is not right.
There is no streak, score, or account. Nothing is submitted.
Say what a ritual is here: a short ordered act you can start and finish.
Make one sealing gesture, or use the reading alternative when the arms should stay still.
Read what this tradition means by the five-pointed star, on the publisher’s page.
Leave defense formulas, church sacraments, and classical mysteries on their own shelves.
Stop if the body hurts, if the sitting becomes distress, or if collecting rites is how you try to feel safe.
Read one stage, then use the
prepared seal.
If the gesture itself is still new, go back to
Rituals ice
and stay there. Devotion is a separate room. Sound recitation is a separate room. Dream work is a separate path.
The pentagram represents the human being in its entirety.
That sentence is in the free chapter. The same chapter says the pentagram expresses the dominion of the Spirit over the elements, and it makes claims about the direction of the star, elemental creatures, and demons. Those are the tradition’s claims. They are not a finding of this sitting, and they are not a reason to draw a star on the floor.
Put it into practice. If you reach for a pendant, a costume, or a memorized formula in order to feel protected, come back to the person. Make the sealing gesture once, or read the Microcosmic Star page once, then stop.
Path map
Four stages, in the order a newcomer can actually use: know what the act is, do it once, study the sign, then know which shelves are later.
The practice still happens in your own room and on the publishers’ pages. We do not invent a second rite book.
A ritual, on this page, is a short sacred act with a start and a finish. You bring attention. You use your body for a few named steps. Then you stop. It is not a costume, not a pile of old languages, and not a lock on a door. Ice was the first meeting with one seal: the Microcosmic Star, three positions of the arms. This stage is that same door, understood, before any formula.
What to practice at this stage
If you have not used the ice, go there and stay. If you have, sit for a moment and say, in your own words, what you are about to do: one seal, then stop. Do not open a defense lecture, a sacrament course, or a drawing of a star in the same visit. The exact arm positions live on the publisher’s page and are summarized on the ice. This stage does not add a second drill.
Collecting rites is a different activity from making one seal. If the tabs multiply, close them and return to one act.
Samael Aun Weor, Tarot and Kabbalah. The free page names the three positions. We do not copy them into a drill.
Stage 2 of 4
One quiet seal — three positions, once
What this stage is for
The first practice is the gesture you already met, done once on an ordinary day. Stand if you can. Follow the three positions in the order the publisher’s page gives them. Lower the arms. That is the whole act. A chair is enough when standing is not right. Incense, a circle on the floor, and a spoken formula are not part of this seal.
What to practice at this stage
Open The Microcosmic Star if you need the positions in front of you. Do them once, slowly. If a joint, the back, or the breath complains, stop and use the reading alternative. Then sit still for one quiet moment and end. Do not repeat the gesture until a feeling of safety arrives. Do not add the nightly circle from the home article. That article is optional and later. Physical order and anything that burns live on Home cleansing.
A longer performance does not complete a short seal. If you are arranging objects in order to begin, you have left this stage. Return to the arms, once, or to the reading.

Fire, smoke, and sulfur stay in that room. They are not required for this seal.
Stage 3 of 4
The same star, studied — a person, not a prop
What this stage is for
This tradition uses a five-pointed star as a sign, and it uses the standing gesture as that star made with a body. The Perfect Matrimony chapter says the pentagram represents the human being in full. A moved lecture, The Pentagram: The Microcosmic Star, is a Gnostic Instructor’s explanation in the Defense for Spiritual Warfare course. It treats the star as a sign of protection and then goes into letters and older drawings. The task here is the idea, not the alphabet.
What to practice at this stage
Read the quoted sentence, then open either the Five-pointed Star chapter or the archive lecture. Read far enough to say, in your own words, what the star stands for on that page. Stop before you copy letters, draw a figure, or shop for a pendant. If you still want the body practice, make the seal once more and end. Claims on those pages about demons, elemental creatures, and commanding nature are that tradition’s language. They are not a laboratory result, and they are not an instruction to confront anyone.
The lecture’s letter-by-letter symbolism, and the chapter’s later mantras, are not this stage. If you are collecting symbols to feel finished, close the page and return to one seal or stop.
Course hub for the moved lectures. Orientation only. Not an assignment to finish every talk.
Stage 4 of 4
Later shelves — after one seal is honest
What this stage is for
A conjuration, in this school, is a set spoken formula used as defense: the speaker calls what the tradition names a greater help against what it names a harmful influence. The Conjuration of the Four and the Conjuration of the Seven are those formulas. Their words stay on the publisher. Church sacraments — baptism, communion, marriage, and the other acts in the sacraments course — are a different register. The Gospel of Philip, a classical Nag Hammadi text, names baptism, chrism, eucharist, redemption, and the bridal chamber. That is another stream’s mystery language. It is not this seal, and it is not a script to perform from our page.
What to practice at this stage
When the short seal is familiar, open one later page and close it. Choose the archive lecture that explains the Conjuration of the Seven, or the Divine Science book hub as a shelf you do not empty, or the sacraments course as a map of sacred acts, or the Gospel of Philip as classical reading. Chicago’s guided practice conveys the formulas in audio; on 9 October 2026 the page still said the transcription was not available, so do not treat that audio as required and do not paste a substitute. Gnostic Studies’ Arcanum 5 is a later kabbalah-course page. It includes a consecration and names sulfur. Leave that on their site. Sulfur safety stays on Home cleansing. For devotion without a defense formula, go to Prayers. For dream work, go to the Astral walked path. Do not memorize a formula to finish today.
The old Prayer Book conjurations address on the publisher’s book site now redirects to the books index.
Use the archive course instead. Exorcism chapters are not assigned.
Dream exercises that mention this seal belong with
Astral / dream yoga.
A denser chapter does not complete the short seal. Exorcism material is not linked. If a formula, a sacrament, or a classical mystery is pulling you, you have left this stage. Return to one seal, or stop.

One prepared seal
Our contribution: a way to begin, meet the wish to collect more rites, and stop.
The source supplies the gesture and the meaning of the star. Use one stage’s page, after you have read what that stage is for.
Purpose. Make one short seal after the ice, with a clear ending, without collecting rites.
Preparation. Use this after the rituals ice, or when you can already be quiet for a few minutes and can open the Microcosmic Star page. You do not need incense, a pendant, a robe, a drawn star, or an empty house. Stand if that is comfortable. A chair, a bed, or the posture you are already in is enough when it is not.
Name one intention in a sentence, silently or aloud. For example: “I will make one short seal and then stop.”
If you will use the arms, follow the three positions on the publisher’s page, once, slowly, then lower them. If you will not use the arms, skip to the reading alternative and do not force a posture.
Leave one quiet moment after the gesture or the reading. If a wish to add a formula, a flame, or another chapter shows up, notice it and do not open it.
Stop. Return to the next ordinary thing. Then answer the two review questions. Do not repeat the seal to force a feeling of safety.
When to stop. One seal, or one reading. End sooner if a joint, the back, or the breath hurts, or if you feel panic, compulsion, or the need to perform the act “correctly.” Flame, incense, and sulfur are not part of this sitting. Defense formulas are later. They are not this seal.
If you are not ready to raise the arms or hold a posture
If you are not ready to raise the arms, or to hold or change a posture, stay as you are. Read The Microcosmic Star through its three positions, or read only the sentence quoted on this page. In your own words, name what that sentence says the star is. Then close the page. That reading is a complete visit. It is study. It is not a claim that you performed the seal. Pain is a reason to use this reading, not a reason to force the body.
Review
Take a brief private moment. Nothing is submitted or scored.
What did I actually do — the gesture, a quiet moment, or a reading — and what happened when I wanted to collect more rites?
What is one adjustment for another ordinary day: repeat this short seal, stay with the reading, or leave the practice until care or rest comes first?
A worked example: collecting is followed by a choice
Alex has already done the ice and opens the conjuration lecture, then a page of pendants, then the sacraments course. Alex notices the collecting, closes the extra pages, and reads the Microcosmic Star page once while remaining seated. No special feeling arrives. The review can say: “I noticed the wish to collect, closed the extra pages, and finished one reading of the gesture.” That describes an attempt. It does not show that a room was protected.
Safety
This is not a substitute for physical safety or mental health care.
A gesture is not a lock, a restraining order, or a clinician. Panic, a collapsing mood, or a compulsion to repeat a formula until you feel clean are stop signs.
Use the
care routes
above. A denser chapter is not the remedy. The legal page is the
disclaimer.
Stop if the body complains.
If a joint, the back, or the breath hurts, stop. This is a short standing gesture, not a held ordeal. Breath and posture on these pages are a spiritual act — not physical therapy.
Fire and incense are real.
They are not part of this seal. If you later use smoke or flame, that safety lives on
Home cleansing:
a proper burner, pets and lungs first, and sulfur is toxic. Do not start a strong smoke to complete this stage.
Keep the rooms distinct.
Devotion belongs on
Prayers.
Sound recitation belongs on
Mantras.
Dream work belongs on
Astral / dream yoga.
Stacking the rooms in one night is not this path.
Spiritual claims stay with their sources.
Talk of demons, elemental creatures, and a star that commands them is this tradition’s language.
One quiet seal on this page is an action you can review. It is not evidence that a place was cleansed, and it is not a medical finding.
