Beginner paths
I want to change
You do not need to know the word Gnosis. Start with the thing you actually want to change. Each path speaks ordinary language first, then hands you ordered steps you can do, then a map into credited Gnostic sources. This is spiritual psychology. It is not a clinic.

I want to stop watching porn
Stop watching porn, stop masturbating to lust, stop feeding images — a clear action path, then Glorian and Chicago Gnosis. Spiritual psychology, not a clinic.
I want to quit smoking weed
Cannabis, craving, and the wish to feel different — handheld steps, then intoxicant-ego sources.
I want to stop drinking alcohol
Alcohol, craving, and a hard medical line — then temperance and intoxicant-ego sources.

If ordinary life is the mess
The dwelling and the plate have their own rooms. Physical order and honest noticing first — not a stronger smoke, and not a kitchen religion.
If the sitting is the wall
Ethics foundation and first concentration are doors into the Raja Yoga path — not a skip past it, and not a substitute for the habit pages above.
How to use these pages
Read the medical note at the top of the path that matches you. If the habit has become dependence, depression, or compulsion — or if stopping alcohol could be dangerous — get professional help first. If there is violence or a psychiatric crisis, get care first. If insomnia, apnea, or trauma nightmares are in the picture, a clinician comes first. If money stress is crushing mental health, that is care — not this library. The money path is educational only, not financial advice. These maps sit beside care.
When you want the school’s own terms (ego, “I’s,” self-observation), the walked path is inner work — stages, a handheld first fortnight, then outbound stacks to Glorian and Chicago Gnosis. We do not republish books. A slower orientation to the whole field is Map of the Work, the guides, and What is Gnosis?
