Purpose, preparation and care

Begin with Ethics, Morality and Responsibility, or equivalent understanding. This adult course supports voluntary abstinence from pornography, masturbation and intentionally pursued orgasm across genders. It does not substitute a moderation programme or erotic alternatives.

The reason for preserving and transforming sexual energy is presented within this school's Samael-centred religious framework, not as a medically measured energy store. Unwanted thoughts, accidental exposure, dreams and involuntary bodily events are distinguished from deliberately chosen conduct.

Stopping can feel like leaving a friend. We address the emotional bond, the false promise of an old refuge and the fear of the unknown—not only the mechanics of blocking a website. Lesson two helps you recognise that promise and respond to the need underneath it; the final lesson tests the skill in a changed setting.

Recognising the pattern is not the same as changing it. The central work is to move from knowing about a response to carrying it out. Self-observation shows you a choice point; action gives firsthand experience of meeting it differently. In this school's language, that movement toward lived understanding is part of Gnosis.

Each lesson develops one capability through explanation, a fictional situation, prepared practice, an alternative and reflection. Written cases teach understanding; neutral rehearsal prepares an action; application in ordinary life shows what you actually did. Use fictional cases throughout if you prefer, while keeping that distinction clear. Nothing personal is submitted or saved, and the activities do not require looking at sexual material.

Consent, dignity and appropriate healthcare remain essential. Persistent impaired control, overwhelming distress, compulsive checking or harm deserve qualified support. This educational synthesis has not been clinically validated and does not promise a permanent cure.

Build the commitment, step by step

  1. A freely chosen commitmentExplain this school's commitment and turn its purpose into one clear, voluntary conduct boundary.
  2. Desire, emotional attachment and choiceRecognise the emotional promise of a familiar behaviour, distinguish feeling from deliberate engagement and choose a response that cares for the underlying need.
  3. Media patterns and prepared willpowerIdentify an early entry into a media pattern and prepare a realistic exit without substituting another erotic format.
  4. Consent, honesty and relationshipsCommunicate a personal boundary without demanding another person's participation, disclosure or surveillance.
  5. Spiritual practice, preparation and careBuild a modest spiritual routine while distinguishing devotional practice, advanced instruction and clinical care.
  6. Maintain the commitment and seek supportCombine boundaries, a prepared response and a support decision into a sustainable plan, including what to do after a lapse.

One topic, different kinds of help

This course is the guided learning path. Chastity and spiritual practice remains the concise reference to the school's position. Stop watching porn holds the immediate actions, practical plan and fuller reflection. Neither is a repeated assignment.

Return to a useful exercise

The six activities remain available in Practice, together with their preparation and care. Completing a lesson is not a test of spiritual attainment.
